The good idea, collaboration, creative sparring and social sustainability are keywords and focal points in Ida's work and passion as a producer.
She particularly enjoys the development phase, being a big part of the creative space in collaboration with the director and screenwriter, and at the same time enjoys the execution of a well-planned production. Ida has a strong focus on visual expression and enjoys character-driven stories that move her audience and use humour to convey serious themes.
Ida started her film career in 2016 at Miso Film, where she assisted the producers on a number of feature films and TV series while producing her own projects on the side.
Alongside Super16, Ida works as a Junior Producer at Uma Film.
After the death of their father, Sigurd wants to bury the hatchet and forgive his half siblings, Astrid and Jens, for how they treated him as kids. But this does not go as planned, as Astrid and Jens do not believe they've done anything that warrants forgiveness. Sigurd feels snubbed and realizes that what he actually wants is an apology but this demand only escalates an already tense situation and before long, they start to fall into old habits, revisiting childhood traumas.
In this absurd dark-comedy, funerals are happy and joyful events celebrating the deceased. Ole's sister has just passed away after a long battle with cancer, which calls for the usual festivities. The only problem is Ole's deep sorrow and grief, which doesn't seem to fit the occasion.
The poor and pregnant maid Karen slaves her days away, taking care of the imprisoned noblewoman Rigmor. Their fragile friendship suddenly presents an opportunity for a better life, when Rigmor mentions a valuable treasure buried in the forest. In hope of freedom, the two women spite their differences and attempt an escape. But can they create an alliance across class, and flee from fate?
In a near future, where a pill can extend only women's lives by 400 years, and men everywhere lose influence as a result, we meet the now-deposed Prime Minister, Kim Harding, as he gathers a group of aggrieved men behind him in an attempt to regain power and influence. Everything is going according to plan, until Kim's disciple, the younger, angrier and more idealistic man, Karl, wins over the group and challenges Kim in an internal struggle for power and honor.
