That it’s hard du put into words who you really are, is actually a theme in one of Frederik’s films, and even though Frederik had hoped, that the shift in perspective that the third person narrator allows him, would make the task easier, he must concede that it does not. So, he will base this bio in facts.

Frederik is 193 cm tall and weighs, as of now (22/9/2021), 98 kg, which he himself thinks is a bit too much, but apparently not so much that it has brought about any lifestyle changes.Frederik was born in Holstebro (Western Jutland), grew up several different places, but considers Kokkedal (a Copenhagen suburb) to be the town of his childhood. The population of Kokkedal is 15.000, and Frederik would estimate that the town accommodates about the same number of mopeds and moped thieves. Frederik holds a master’s degree in Film Studies, has made 4 short films – of which 2 are satisfactory – and directed about 5 commercial pieces that he would consider worthy of mention. In addition, Frederik has directed 2 seasons of the YA series “En for Holdet”.

At the moment, Frederik is interested in how we as individuals – for better or worse – enter into roles and conditions that weren’t set by us, how out of control we actually are, and how effectively we manage to lie to ourselves about it.
