Mads Nygaard Hemmingsen
Born in Aarhus 1982.
Mads has directed short films since 2003, and has also worked as storyboarder, editor and consultant, with costumers such as Coca Cola, Zentropa and Lego. Mads gratuated from the European Film College(EFC) in 2003, and has later assisted Esben Høilund-Carlsen in his directing classes at EFC.
Director student at Super16 (2007-2010)
and has simultaneously directed several award winning
music videos for the Polish band Czeslaw Spiewa. In total the
videos received over 6 million hits on Youtube, and was recently rewarded with an honorary award (at the Yach Film Festival) for their overall
influence on the Polish music video scene.
